When you register for the Service, we collect your name, email address, academic information (GPA, graduation date, major), and the PDF resume you upload. This resume contains Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Your privacy is our primary advantage. Unlike other platforms, your resume and personal data are processed entirely on our secure, local GPU servers. We do not transmit, sell, or share your resume or personal data with third-party cloud AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google).
Your passwords are cryptographically hashed using bcrypt. We utilize secure tokens (JWT) to authenticate your access to your dashboard.
You have the right to request the complete deletion of your data from our servers. You may exercise this right by deleting your account from the settings dashboard, which will permanently erase your profile data, database records, and PDF resume from our systems.
We aggregate publicly available job postings. If you click on a job link, you will be directed to a third-party website governed by its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external job boards or employers.
