By accessing or using Internship Agent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) models to parse resumes, match candidates with job postings, and summarize application requirements. You acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations.
The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of job deadlines, visa sponsorship policies, pay ranges, or application links. Users are solely responsible for independently verifying all job details directly with the employer.
Use of the Service does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or successful visa sponsorship. We provide an aggregation and matching tool, not a recruiting or placement agency.
The Service operates on a subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No Refunds: Due to the computational costs of the AI processing provided immediately upon sign-up, all charges are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise required by state law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internship Agent and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to missed employment opportunities, lost wages, or reliance on incorrect AI-generated data.
