Most job boards show you hundreds of jobs you don't actually qualify for. We don't. Before the AI even looks at your profile, we apply strict mathematical filters. If a job requires a May 2027 grad and you graduate in May 2028, it is thrown out. If the job explicitly refuses Visa Sponsorship and you require one, it is instantly discarded.
